FAQs

Yes — when you book a full wedding package with us, your pre-wedding photo and video session is completely free. It’s our way of saying thank you. You’ll get a beautifully planned 2–4 hour session, edited photos, and a cinematic highlight video if video is included. Just mention this when booking!
All packages include 2–5 hours of photo/video coverage, 10+ retouched images (depending on the plan), a full gallery of high-resolution files, and a cinematic video edit if selected. You can also add extra time, outfits, or Super 8 film coverage as upgrades.
We deliver professionally edited images and color-graded video to match our signature look. RAW files (unedited photos and ungraded video footage) are not included by default but can be purchased as an add-on. Just ask, and we’ll make it available.
NYC weather is always a wildcard — but don’t worry. We plan ahead with location options, bring lighting backups, and know how to make rain, clouds, or golden sun work in your favor. Some of our favorite images came from unpredictable moments.
Yes! Many couples choose 2–3 looks — from casual to elegant — to capture different sides of their story. We’ll help plan outfit changes and transitions so the whole session feels seamless and cohesive.
Final edited photos are delivered within 2–4 weeks through a private online gallery. If your package includes video, you’ll receive a cinematic highlight clip (2–5 minutes) ready for download and sharing. All files are full-res and yours to keep.
