FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions

How do we book a session?


To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The rest is due two weeks before the session. We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit cards, and cash.

How far in advance should we book?


Most couples book 2–4 months ahead. Spring and fall dates go quickly. If your date is close, reach out — we’ll do our best to make it work.

Can we change outfits during the shoot?


Yes, absolutely! Outfit changes are welcome. Most couples plan 1–3 looks depending on the duration of the shoot. We'll help plan timing and locations to make transitions smooth and stylish.

Do you offer printed albums?


We offer premium albums:
12x12 or 11x14 – $900
10x10 or 8x12 – $700
Parent Album 8x8 – $500

Do you offer makeup and hair services?


Yes! A professional makeup artist is available to come directly to your hotel or home prior to the shoot for your convenience. The cost for one complete look, which includes both makeup and hair styling, is $450.

Can we choose the shoot locations?


Yes! You can choose your favorite NYC spots, or we can suggest a route that fits your vibe, outfits, and timing. Whether it’s Central Park, SoHo streets, or a rooftop view — we’ll help plan it all to feel natural and cinematic.
